The Logon User Interface DLL prm_gina.dll failed to load
To remove prm_gina.dll from the computer
1. Run Windows in safe mode.
2. Remove the following value from the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GinaDLL.
3. Restart the computer in normal mode.
